The following terms & conditions apply to the use of this website or by accessing this website, you accept to be bound by the terms & conditions stated below.

All prices are in AUSD$ & GST Inclusive.The information provided by this website is subject to change without notice e.g. all items published are subject to price change and product availability & services.We reserve the right to modify or correct any errors that may occur.

Delivery/Packaging & handling: Delivery charges options are displayed or quoted with each order the actual cost  depends on which option you choose.

 Additional postage of $9.90 for Bulky items e.g. Kids furniture

We will not be liable for any damage or loss incurred due to late delivery.

Please Note: only selected products lines can be sold  Internationally.Kushies baby collection items and Walker Books are sold within Australia only.

Delivery Times: We will dispatched your order immediately after we receive and cleared your payment.Payment made by direct deposits will immediately dispatched when you email or fax with Transfer receipt.

We normally shipped on the same day if order made before 12 noon and your payment has been cleared.

If you are returning an item for exchange ( the same style or product line is being changed for a different size or colour ) you will not be charged delivery of your return.

If you do receive a product which is faulty, please contact us immediately on 5477 5511 or email info@ugaboo.com.au to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

•We have a credit facility payment option on site.Please call 07 5477 5511 if you choose to pay by credit card.credit card details .For secuity purposes we do however,required for your last 3 digit number which located on the back of your card.Minimum purchases must be the amount of $20.00.

•Paypal (this is a secured way of making payment if you dont want to provide your creditcard details.

Kushies Baby products are available for ordering in Australia only.

All other Labels and Products are sold Australia-wide and Internationally.

All orders Please add $7.00 AUSD Flat standard delivery fee with Australia Post.

Or Courier services on Bulky items.Please note to add 9.90 Delivery fee on bigger items e.g. furniture.

Backorders If a product you order is temporarily out of stock you may wish to place it on backorder.We will advise you of the expected delivery date either by email, mail, or phone and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.You will not be charged any additional delivery costs for backordered items delivered to you at a later date.If you're paying your orders other than credit card we will immedialtely refund you by registered mail.

Guaranteed If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any products, Please return them to us in the orginal packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price using the method in which you originally paid. If you do receive a product which is faulty, please contact us so we can evaluate your return request Email or phone us.Should a fault appear after any products has been worn or used,please contact us immediately.
